Pros

This company will talk a big game about transparency and actually caring about its employees, which I scoffed at until I started working here and realized it was all true. Such a great place to work! The people here are incredibly smart and this company is going places.

Cons

Although they pay well initially, the raise structure is lackluster, basically only give cost of living raises.
