Fake 5 Star Reviews

Pros

The previous employees who rated 1 star reviews were even generous enough to list out the PROS. Check out those reviews.

Cons

All of the 1 or 2 star reviews are the truth. This owner is well known for fabricating 5 star reviews either on her behalf, or at the demand of someone else being told to. Please, please please save yourself and the strain on your family from working here. The owner (Megan) has no prior canine experience whatsoever and should not have any involvement in this company. Multiple handlers quit as soon as they see the true side of her and how SHE DOES MICROMANAGE. Oh, and if people do quit and she can’t find any handlers, she’ll just lower the qualification standards (how many years you’ve been handling) and that’s the only exact reason this company hasn’t drowned yet. Please for the love of God stay away from this company.

As this review was written by the same individual as the July 18, review "wouldn't recommend" I refer all to the reply on that post.

Pros

I would say the pay is good, but really she should be paying handlers 35 an hour, instead of the minimum 21 plus 4 for health if you opt out ins, and 1.90 for dental opted out you can make around 26 an hour with no insurance, so no good stuff here.

Cons

no 401k, owner lies and spreads rumors. Demoralizes her own employees by shifting them around so much they do not know where they will be the next day even though there is a schedule she sends out, it changes immediately. And up to 12 times a month. No days off if you want them, not enough handlers stick around. She fires people and people quit often. She is like a child and very unprofessional. Expect drunk calls late at night from her as well either complaining about you our or trying to spread more lies. Oh, she wrote the post listed on the 10th of September here as well as any of the other positive posts at all. It is funny she says she to herself in that post that she needs to get rid of the bad handlers faster when she gets rid of great handlers and keeps the bad ones and even puts handlers who do not know how to handle a dog in leadership roles. As a handler I was embarrassed to work there but it passed the time until my new job kicked off. I have taken the company name off my resume for future reference because most companies are avoiding handlers who have worked for her. So be careful, do not work here, it will affect your future endeavors. Too bad I cannot give this company a negative 5 star. They deserve it. Also, you get told about other contracts coming up and the need to do more for her and travel which you don't get paid for, and bouncing site to site, not paid for either.

Your last post was taken down due to the dripping misogyny, this post still shows why you did not work out.

Pros

Megan is the type of person if you take care of her she will take care of you., on the other hand you don't do your job or be a admin nightmare don't expect enjoying your time with the company. The company is improving daily and is making positive changes. Benefits package, take home vehicle, competitive pay...

Cons

Disorganized at times, they have had employees who expected the world to revolve around them but are slowly weeding them out.
