Well, if there's one silver lining, it's that every now and then we're bribed with some free food. But apart from that, it's slim pickings around these parts in terms of professionalism.

Uncapped commission, no cold calling, flexibility, multiple locations

Cons

Low quality appointments set by company, material always changing and never high quality to compete with competitors. Contractors do poor work on jobs you sell. 6 day work weeks
