Only pros are the benefits.

Cons

Company shows absolutely NO appreciation for their employees, especially at the high-end NYC buildings. Constant complaining toward employees, even when we go beyond the call of duty. No employee parties. Non-paid breaks and not enough break time. Not paid enough for the amount of work we are required to do.

Recognizable projects, central office location, jewish holidays off

Cons

Everything else. Very high turnover, overly demanding bosses, no work life balance, get some jewish holidays off but no christmas eve or day after thanksgiving. Everyone is stretched very thin with very few employees showing any signs of being happy. Never a thank you or any sort of positive reinforcement shown.

Snacks always stocked in office, and good way to make connections/network

Cons

Toxic work environment with management that cannot manage. No work life balance, no job training, and no positivity or support. Those who take for granted having a job there and blatantly disrespect others are supported more than employees that put in all of their effort.
