Looks good on a resume.

Cons

Looking at the reviews I can clearly see none of these people worked in the buildings. It's very possible the corporate side and construction side are a different world but I wouldn't work for this company again. I've never worked a job where 100% of the porters, doormen and handymen were unhappy. Be prepared to be thrown to the wolves and given a hard time for requesting vacation time. If you want to have a work life balance avoid this company like the plague. If you get COVID you might get fired.

Overly expensive apartments rarely anyone wants to live in, lots of empty space to explore!

Cons

Company culture is awful, they treat you like dirt, they say welcome to the Extell family, they make you feel like family but don't pay you well, they rarely give credit when its due, often find the worst in you before your best and they have this terrible holiday party that is the saddest, most embarrassing holiday "thank you" .. they might as well just have nothing at all. Senior Staff are not interested in the development of the company nor teamwork, and are solely interested in their own personal career/ title advancements.

Co-workers were the best thing about working there.

Cons

Micromanagement, lack of trust in employees to do their job. Growth and development are foreign. Don't be surprised when there isn't any conversations with your manager except what wasn't perfect and don't expect to work a normal work schedule. Waiting periods on 401k and match are disappointing.
