Pros

There are no Pros. They bully, harass, retaliate and micromanage. It happens in all departments. That's why employees leave.

Cons

HR does not do her job. She has no clue what she is doing. If you complain, it goes against you and awards the bad behaviour. Please stay away.

Pros

Worked with great people, learned a lot with making the most of what you got. Lots of encouragement and programs to really listen and hear not just the voice of the guest, but the employee as well.

Cons

Can be stressful at times during summer. However with a great team, summer can be like any other day. Smooth sailing.

Pros

Decent hours, okay management, decent customers.

Cons

Crunching work hours while expecting workers to speed through cleaning in unrealistic time limits and perfection with each room. Only work for the money before it drains your sanity.
