      Good benefits. Opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Absolutely no work life balance. ESA philosophy is to do more with less, and then do more with less again... then under pay you. They are constantly asking us to do more with tighter deadlines with very little or no pay adjustment. ESA leadership needs to know we are drowning out here with the weight they are putting on us, from the property to regional level. Things are getting out of hand.

      Nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing NOTHING!!!

      Cons

      Overworked and under paid. Want us to deep clean rooms in under 20 mins. The building needs to be torn down I wouldn’t even stay in these hotels for free. They don’t offer overtime. They pay nothing so how are people suppose to survive? They say they care but they don’t... they overwork managers. My manager is always having to cover shifts because of no staff but yet if they paid overtime I’m sure that would help a little until they found staff. Oh and while making this review I’m pretty sure they will try to find out who posted it so they can fire you.

      Pros

      I enjoy working for ESA. The staff is great, and my guests. I love my job that's why I've been there for 15 years.

      Cons

      Work life balance NONE! Turnover is horrible due to full time positions. Management works harder than anyone regarding doubles, low pay, and never being able to be off.
