Management is poor working conditions are horrible favoritsm at its highest where if they like you, you get hours regardless if your work ethics are terrible a single employee generally runs the whole hotel for over 18 hours a day because management is almost never present. other positions never finish the jobs they are supposed to do so it gets pushed to whoever is at the front dedk.

Overworked and underpaid...labor modual is a joke poor OPS team has to deal with it..hey Jerry and all other bosses why dont you work a month at a site the is no where near your offices and see how you would do...trust us you wouldn't last dealing with some of the scum that ESA lets in... Clean Safe Everything Works....HA!!! Good luck doing that at a hotel with whores..pimps...druggies...homeless....
