Pros

Benefits are pretty decent

Cons

There is no such thing as work/life balance. There are terrible guests served by terrible employees and supported by terrible managers. Colleagues will not hesitate to throw you under the bus. They talk about “team” but in reality, they reward/encourage underhanded behavior and ignore hard work and loyalty. You will give the company everything and when you’re exhausted, they’ll let you go and find someone else to take your place.

Pros

7 free nights stay a year for discount

Cons

Company is so cheap and cuts corners where ever they can and let their GMs worry about blow back... They also make you drive to competitor hotels to steal business!! To me that's super unethical and was to uncomfortable doing that.
