Pros

Schedule was flexible most of the time.

Cons

The company sets the front desk position up for extreme failure and doesn't support efforts to improve conditions.

Pros

Meeting people from all over the world was very interesting.

Cons

The management cares very little about its employees and even forces them to take unpaid "breaks" even though they are still working. At times, these associates are the only ones on property and it's impossible to NOT work. Associates were written up for policy violations, even though the first priority is to assist guests. Upper management is only concerned with the bottom line and uses a hostile work environment and threats to obtain results from employees. Very high turn over rate and dissatisfaction from property level associates.
