      The company struggled financially through many of the earlier years but corporate management was much better then.

      Pros

      If you are a workaholic and don't have friends and family then there is plenty of room for you to advance with this company.

      Cons

      Skeleton staff to run your property and very little support from upper management. Corporate leaves everything to one manager and an hourly assistant.

      Pros

      Schedule can be flexible, basically choose your own hours. Get to form close relationships with the long-term guests.

      Cons

      Much needed improvement on employee training and orientation Hours are inconsistent--- I worked closing then open the next morning Management lack productivity--- other employees have to pick up their slack Not much of an opportunity to move up Limited amount of employees are allowed full-time
