stay away horrible pay and working for people who don't care about us. Be ready to give up all freedom and get paid a horrible salary just to make the Corporate people more money. They make us feel like we don't matter and that our families are not important.

Pros

Regional Director of Ops was great. He was just really the middle man and you could tell he felt horrible about what property level employees had to deal with day to day.

Cons

Work/life balance is not known.You are always on call so kiss a full nights sleep or vacation goodbye. As a GM or HM you are also a Executive Housekeeper,Cheif Maintnance Engineer and Sales Manager (there is no department heads. You are the only manager.And if your one of the lucky hotels you MIGHT get and AGM) You also have to cover 30/40 hours of front desk a week including all the other above positions you are responsible for. There is always room for advancement because there is so much turnover. There is no security and they rent to some pretty seedy characters so you never really feel safe at work and a good chance that you will be put into a conprimising position on a regular basis. The company is really "top heavy" too many chiefs not enough property level Indians.They are about to have a mass exit off managers because they are using them and taking them for granted. If you have other job options please go with them and don't put yourself through this!

The CMO,is an idiot and his entire team is just as bad. They have no idea what they're doing and are just making it up as they go along. This company doesn't value quality, competent employees, they just want a bunch of "yes men" who won't tell management when they are wrong. This company is headed for disaster if they don't get some upper management with common sence in there. It's very sad. No work/life balance Awful wages
