Pros

7 days free nights a year. (But not at the hotel you work at)

Cons

Management is rarely available. Management relies on team leader for almost everything. So when team leader starts doing shady things that would get most folks fired, they are overlooked because if team leader gets fired they will have to work themselves. No raises, not even when passing yearly hire date. In fact new hires are not getting paid higher wages upon starting than long term employees who have been hard working and faithful. Once enjoyed coming to work everyday, taking on extra shifts, now can't stand being there.

Pros

You get paid, not the best but they were never let in pay so can't complain about that. They take payroll seriously, atleast in my experience they handle mine as seriously as I did my team.

Cons

Everything else. You are not valued, you are not respected, you are gaslight into thinking you're the problem for not being able to do 5 tasks at once and be thankful for doing them. Understaffed, over worked are an understatement for working for this company.
