Pros

one of the pros for this job is that the shifts are standard. you only have 3 shifts.

Cons

You will definately have to fight hard to move up. that can be frustrating, especially when management leaves for questionable reasons, and are then rehired.

Pros

the people I worked with at the hotel itself, Most all of the guests were great and a joy

Cons

When you get a regional manager calling you at 10 or 11 at night to complain about the occupancy of the hotel was just more than I could take. Why don't you communicate ALL concerns during the day? You called me 5-10 times to gripe about the same, along with the threatening emails!!!
