No real room to move up, you’ll apply to move up and they’ll tell you you’re not ready a million times even though you run the property dang near by yourself for 2 years. They never wanna give you a raise, and the yearly raise we did get was never more than a dime.

charged me $650.00 every 2 weeks for my room, then forced me to quit after kicking me out as retaliation because I used their system to solve my issues. I was bullied so bad I had major mental health issues afterwards and when I complained to HR they had their companies back. It was the worst job experience I have ever had. I lived on-site doing property management in the past and have had pleasant experiences. The management played awful games with their employees and I worked really hard. During the Pandemic washing dishes, bedding and cleaning disgusting rooms with a mask on and going through Menopause was back breaking.
