Pros

ESS is a really fun place to work and our teams and Team Leads are very helpful and supportive. There are a lot of learning opportunities to help guide the Agents towards success.

Cons

They are very strict on break and meal times and adherence to schedules. Also, the commission structure isn't the best. Agents need to be at a certain level above the rest of the sales floor in order to make more than $.50 - $1 per lease.

The culture is phenomenal; inspiring, supportive, encouraging leadership. The team I'm on is like my family. In all my 30+ years of being employed. I've never enjoyed the people I've worked with this much. This company strives for excellence, which I'm so grateful to be a part of.

Cons

ETO (Emergency Time Off), I had to get used to this. I'm used to getting PA (personal abscence-sick time) with time paid, along with PTO. Here theres just PTO and ETO, the ETO you don't get paid for and takes a while for the ETO hours to accumulate. Since the position is remote, I feel I understand why it's done this way.
