Pros

I have worked with this company 2 years so far. I have been promoted twice and have received several raises. This company is very rewarding. When they make more money they put it back into the employees. They have started groups for different people such as lgbtq+, bipoc, military, womens for everyone to discuss anything openly. I have never with any other company got to have such an amazing upper management team that strives for their team to succeed and care!

Cons

The only thing I can think of is sometimes we are short staffed so you do work by yourself a lot.

Work life balance - You only work during store hours so you are able to be home at a decent hour you get the important holidays off and Sundays to spend with your family. independence - They trust you to do your job and be your own person. the upper management isn't consistently behind your back micromanaging you. They keep their eye on you from a distance and then step in every so often to make sure everything is going good and you don't need assistance with anything Training - It is easy (for the most part) to get help or training on anything you may have questions about.

Cons

Pay - Where as the pay is (somewhat) competitive it is not the best, especially with all the inflation that is obviously not going anywhere it is getting tough having to live so tightly paycheck to paycheck. If I didn't have a roommate I wouldn't be surviving right now.

It's truly a good work atmosphere, your team cares about you and wants you to succeed.

Cons

Pay, they pay okay for like 7 years ago. You run properties that bring in thousands of dollars a month. Not just speaking for myself, EVERYONE should get a raise. We work hard and the yearly raises are pennies compared to the companies income. If you are a two income household it can work but being single, it's hard to live off of.
