Pros

HR watches the Glassdoor reviews and tries to keep it all positive. If you read a recent positive review, it is most definitely HR or a very siloed employee.

Cons

Leadership is a disaster. The CEO has checked out, the CTO is incapable, and oh so many politics. All of that dribbles down layer by layer to create a really bad employee experience, which HR claims to care about but they actually just pretend it doesn’t exist. No one is held accountable, bad hire after bad hire, bad layoffs, and bad decisions abound. Career advancement is a talking point only. In practice it’s exceedingly difficult to move up so people leave to advance.
