Pros

There's overtime pay for some projects if you don't mind putting more working hours. As an engineer I still have to clock in/out. That's good and bad. Good thing is I just work the minimum 40 hrs/week most of the time. Bad thing is you are required to stay full 40 hrs/week. Luckily my boss is not picky on working hours. Employees get 20% off dining at the ranch restaurant, owned and run by CEO/president.

Cons

pathetic benefits, even insulting for the Xmas "gift", max out at $150 pretax after 5 years. other than that nothing. HR used to put "up to and including termination" at the end of every announcement.

Pros

Great training program if you are actually allotted time to finish it Good salary base High end equipment at your disposal

Cons

Employees are over worked Management does not seem to care about a balance between employee work and personal life you are expected to work round the clock and on weekends as well If you are let go they do not provide you with any reason Managers do not communicate with employees about their work Managers do not speak to employees even as a simple hello Force hour long lunch break unpaid Have to clock in and out and timed breaks

Pros

Hybrid work schedule (3/4 from home), nice coworkers, decent starting PTO

Cons

MICROMANAGEMENT (youre watched every moment, and treated like a child they dont trust), no recognition for hard work (everyone is treated equal, regardless effort, so if you're lazy this can be a pro), customer facing to the point where employees suffer and no effort to give back to employees (somewhat a joke, but not even a pizza party while there), and minimal promotion/raise opportunities.
