Pros

I can't think of any whatsoever. I take that back there are some really good people here but they never stay long once they realize how terribly this place operates.

Cons

I resigned willingly and effective immediately from my position after almost 1 year of service, I just couldn't take it anymore. The culture at Ezee Fiber is poisonous from the top down. Do not expect for leadership to support you at all, this is an every man for himself company and when things go wrong everyone is very quick to point the finger and take zero accountability. They will work you until you have nothing left, and generally speaking that isn't actually a bad thing however, they will treat you like absolute garbage while doing so. Practices and procedures change on a weekly basis, and the standard of work and quality is very low. Ezee Fiber has no problem breaking the law as long as it means they get their product placed so if you don't have any ethics then this just might be the place for you. VP's have no issue blasting you on team meetings no matter how unprofessional it may be, and to some it's almost like a game. The turnover rate is high, and the retention is low as low can be. Ezee orders and places the very cheapest materials on the market with exception for the the Channel handholes. Everything else is low tier budget equipment. The only aspiration this company has is to grow as rapidly as possible and then sell to the highest bidder, this company is not built to last it's built to sell. If you value your quality, your morals, your ethics, and your career then do not work for these people.

Pros

You will be paid during training You will be given basic strategies in sales

Cons

If you don't hit unrealistic metrics of 3 sales a day out of 55 people , you will be expected to work on weekends You are told you're given unlimited opportunities to make money, you are given 55 to 60 doors to knock on a minimum of three times in a day You are constantly being pressured to sell people a product they often don't want, many neighbors hate the company for digging up their yards and you are expected to change their mind These neighborhoods have already had numerous salespeople come through trying to sell the same product so they can be incredibly cold The service itself has a lot of people who leave it for unreliability and slow speed Because sales are so hard to come by, you will never be able to make weekend plans Boys club! Women beware!
