      Work is consistent. Not stable, but consistent.

      The current direction provided by operational staff is somewhat nebulous, leading to a lack of tactical cohesion across departments. Doesn't seem to be any strategy.

      Leadership is a trainwreck. The CEO will knowingly lie to the entire company without hesitation. All decision making flows all the way to two individuals at the top. Organization and communication and very lacking. Everything is chaos. There is no thinking ahead or preventative maintenance, it’s all knee-jerk and reactive truck rolls. There are some serious security and resiliency concerns on the network that just get ignored. We’re just not doing things the right way. It’s all about passings to pump the numbers, maybe that’s all isquared cares about. The customer deserves better. The employees deserve better
