Too many changes with incentives so I left. Integrity is based on the value you bring to the company and need to be paid for that.

Run…upper management doesn’t know a thing about home improvement. Just a bunch of private equity shareholders.

Cons

Management is absolutely dreadful. They work you like a dog, and don’t pay.
