i didn't have to wait 3 weeks for my first paycheck , got trained, got support, nice people, good money, don't need a degree to work here

Cons

commute (unless you live in ft lauderdale, jacksonville, gainesville, or where ever else they have offices)

Everything.. They lie about everything, overtime, raises, bonuses. Customer service sucks and so does the management !!! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND COLLECTING !!

Please note that overtime, raises, and bonuses are commensurate with the needs of the department and both individual and team performances. This requires review and approval by management as with any company. Customer service is a growing department and we are always seeking to improve our process.
