They don't beat their employees

Cons

You have to be on your feet for 8 hours a day. It's not even like you're walking around. You have to stand in one exact spot for 8 hours. Upper management frowns upon you taking breaks to rest your legs and eat. They would rather you pass out apparently.

Thank you for your feedback. Our Retail Marketing position does involve being on one's feet for most of the day. However, employees are entitled to one 1/2hr break and a 15min break. We have more than one career opportunity in Fort Lauderdale and you are welcome to get in touch with HR to discuss.

I love working at FHIA. for many reasons. First everyone one is friendly and helpful. Second, the training is superb and second to non. Third, there is plenty of room for growth and advancement. Finally, it is easy to see why FHIA, is a recognized leader in its respective industry.
