      The Worst Sales Job I've Had

      Pros

      Quite Possibly None other than the people you get to meet.

      Cons

      Low Pay, Liars about compensation, Liars about company and employee values, They set unrealistic goals for new employees that can't be met, They promote Soliciting on people's property, MOST IMPORTANTLY, they will fire you within 3 weeks if you dont get 5 successful soliciting attempts.

      Pros

      Very nice people, really bring you through the ropes of everything. Even when youre training you get split commission with your instructor. On my first week there was a team dinner (they payed for everything)

      Cons

      Is commission based, but the commission margins are as high as 9%. Average sales being 20000.
