I have worked for the company for 6yrs. I have a great Manager,Great Benefits, this company really looks out for the people who work hard and are dedicated to their jobs. I love that I get to meet new people every day. I consider most of the people I work with as my Family

Cons

As with any Job there are good and bad the hardest part is being on your feet all day

Staff is friendly. Hours flexible.

Cons

Commission based job. Work crazy hours. Pay is not guaranteed. Work seven days a week. Split Commission with other co workers. High pressured sales job.

FHIA Remodeling Response

Thank you for your feedback. Our Field Marketers who are employed directly by FHIA do not work 7 days per week. They work 5 to 6 days on a set schedule. We do offer a safety net income for hours worked and offer a competitive bonus structure for individuals.
