Pros

If all you want is a 10.00 hr check, that is about all you will get working in Sams!

Cons

Never get paid our commission like we are supposed to . We Have to stand all day at Sams club. Then when we do get a lead they drop the ball on us. Many of my leads I have called and they said no one contacted them, They pay 10 hr, 25 for each lead that seems to never go through like they should. Never do they pay on closed sales, out of 130 leads not one closing sale???? People have complained about them not showing up or calling. I could go on and on. Beware! I told you so!

Thank you for your feedback. We are concerned that your experience with us has not been up to standards. Following up on the status of leads should be transparent with your Manager. Please feel free to get in touch with HR at our headquarters to discuss any concerns with pay and commissions so that we may resolve it immediately.

Thank you for your feedback. Our Retail Marketing position does involve being on one's feet for most of the day. However, employees are entitled to one 1/2hr break and a 15min break. The Retail program is designed to provide our staff with the benefits of a base income, health benefits, paid holidays and paid time-off, while also having the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses. We have more than one career opportunity in Fort Lauderdale and you are welcome to get in touch with HR to discuss.

A nice place to work, fellow employees are helpful and courteous. It also helps when you have a great boss like Vernon Hoods who is not only driven to produce, but is also approachable, nurtures success, and a good person to work for.
