Pros

You can play play ping pong and drink.

Cons

This company is beyond unprofessional. For starters it's a door to door solicitor position. The base pay comes out of your commission. Pay is 350 every two weeks. The reason for parting with the company was mainly because of alcohol use and foul language. It's also the company's policy if an employee doesn't pick of their check on Friday then it will be sent out Monday. They refused to give the paycheck and claimed they sent it through the mail. It still hasn't arrived. Unfortunately this was the main form of income for a family of 3. Very disappointed and we're going to report this company to The Better Business Bureau. I'm sure the government will be sympathetic. My goal is to prevent another family from being scammed. The reviews online are done by select employees and are false. The company took off Google reviews because of their one star rating. It's unethical to drink, use inappropriate language and to not pay employees as company policy states. Beware most employees only last a few months at most. They are not being terminated they're leaving for the same reasons.

Pros

Get experience in pure sales. You can make money from commissions.

Cons

Door to door sales. They don't want you to put that in their review, so you will never hear that from a current employee. In field marketing you do not get paid for doing your job -- which is to get the salesman in the door. You get paid off of sales...which you don't get to do.
