Thank you for your feedback. Our Retail Marketing Associate pay structure is designed to be performance-based. Most of our successful Associates earn not only the base pay, but several bonuses on top of it that are commensurate with their skills and talents. The program also allows promotion from within the company for promising candidates who seek management opportunities, which comes with a raise in base pay. Indeed- without our marketers, we would not have the opportunity to meet with our valued clients! Everyone in all of our departments is important - from start to finish.
