Terrible Management

Pros

Reasonable work hours and reasonably good benefits. Still has a company funded pension. The core belief of protecting investors is important.

Cons

Terrible management...only friends and family succeed here. At FINRA its definitely not what you know, but who you know. The core belief of protecting investors goes out of the window.

Pros

Their benefits and compensation packages are really nice and, for the most part, the co-workers are great.

Cons

Some (not all) of their management is more focused on making themselves look good to the detriment of staff morale.
