Pros

Solid company, good people to work with, very good benefits, and most departments offer a good work/life balance.

Cons

Career opportunities are lacking in many departments and there is a high turnover ratio in some departments.

Pros

Tremendous work life balance, decent pay and benefits

Cons

Relatively weak management and a workforce with a limited understanding of the industry they regulate. Innovation and creativity are not an accepted part of the corporate DNA and the pace can be excruciatingly slow.
