Pros

The organization has great benefits. Working in the Corp Headquarters is a better experience than working in a regional office full of individuals in positions of power with grand canyon size egos and very little people skills.

Cons

The only people who get promoted in this region are the individuals who have a good social personal relationships with management...ie...drinking buddies. If you are a hard worker looking to be rewarded for your efforts, don't work in this office. Yes sir mentality....tread with fear if you have an opinion that differs from management

Pros

Good Benefits, good learning place for college interns and junior associates out of school.

Cons

Management is not informed or well versed in subject matter. The select few rule and when their actions are questioned, heads will role. Everything is subjective, no one in upper management can make an definitive call on anything. Poorly run. A lot of wasted time spinning wheels. Very Political atmosphere.
