Usual benefits, work/life balance, "chill" work environment, suburban location (good for folks with families), casual dress code, onsite company gym, free parking

Bureaucratic, pathetic training program, uneven learning environment, spotty managerial talent/leadership, archaic systems, low pay.

Management isn't always very forthcoming with new information. The physcial work environment (offices, cubes, etc.) are sub-standard.
