Pros

By far FINRA offers the best benefit package around. The salary and bonus they offer is a good quality as well. Location and environment is great. FINRA offers extensive training and onsight classes to over a better understanding of not only your job but other departments within the company. FINRA offers a lot of ways to give back to the community.

Cons

I would like to have more interaction with the CEO. It would be wonderful if they offered a full eduation tution reimbursement like most companies do vs. the max $5250 per calendar year. For most schools that will only cover a few classes.
