After nearly 4 years with the company I resigned with 2 weeks notice. - Fluent refused to pay out my 70hrs PTO and made me beg for the couple hours they did. (Handbook said it would be paid out) -They will not let you complete those 2 weeks. -Pay is a joke, no raise structure. -Fluent does not contribute to your 401k and other benefits are terrible. -Fluent preaches work life balance with no follow through

They start individuals with experience off at an entry level wage thats below other industries as well as other companies in the cannabis industry. For a position that requires skill, long hours and hardwork they offer $12 - $13 / hour whereas other companies such as Surterra Wellness, Columbia Care, Green dragon start you off at ATLEAST $15. It's sad to think they care that less about their employees, no wonder you see the same position posted every few weeks after taken it down. I would try your luck with other cannabis companies around before you settle for this company.
