This was the worst job I’ve had. Upper management is a mess and corporate and c-suite employees are an even bigger mess. Upper management will visit from Miami and laugh and joke with employees and then they will say things behind employees backs. Management is unprofessional and should be fired. It is a mess and draining from the constant negativity. If you have ideas, no one will listen to them. Management intimidates you and makes you feel so small. I don’t know how managers still have their job even when issues have been brought up to c-suite employees. There is favoritism and nepotism and it’s sick.

Number one best reason to work at Fluent are the patients. Connecting and helping patients find medicine and then having them come back to relay their personal experiences is a great feeling, especially when it really works for them. Immediate store staff is usually tight knit so there’s a lot of bonding.

Cons

Corporate overreach. They’re so out of touch with what the store needs to be successful and motivated. It’s hard to hear about the millions of dollars we generate for this company while knowing we are being overworked and underpaid.
