Cheap products and only four days a week with 10 hour days.

Cons

No organization, absolutely unsafe ( no safety procedures for anything), garbage pay for the 6 systems you have to run and large quantities of patients you take care of. The benefits are a sham. Company is ran by children that don't take running a legal cannabis business seriously.

Working at a dispensary can be fun and rewarding, and in many aspects the work environment can be very relaxing.

Cons

Corporate is run by cheap and greedy individuals who have been gradually reducing benefits and hours, all while taking in record sales. Not a place to make a career.
