As an IPM Tech you are given more freedom in everyday tasks to budget your own time. The current cultivation manager is also fantastic and does what he can to help people grow in their positions..

Cons

Pay is subpar to other similar companies and raises are only offered yearly. The company is extremely disorganized and there is no growth opportunities.

Lowest pay in the cannabis industry. Oblivious corporate management. Poor hours. Poor employee discount. Poor equipment. Poor training. It's just an awful company.

Learning the industry was interesting and the patients are definitely the best part. 4 day work weeks for full time

The pay. No culture, no upgrades or adapting to the times, same old stuff, same boring stores, and not enough money for the work
