      monthly sales bonus, keep in mind the people who do less work towards the goal get compensated more

      expect your availability to be ignored and to face inappropriate comments from your direct managers. hr will ignore your complaints and those you complained about will find out what was said and by who. the people you supervise as a keyholder will walk away with more money from their shifts while having done less work and having less responsibility
