      Pros

      As a means for getting your foot in the door of the cannabis industry with little to no experience prior, it's decent. You will find solace in the other people suffering there.

      Cons

      Everything is literally broken, management refuses to fix issues with equipment or toxicity of the workplace, leadership is filled with nepotism, egos, and managers who, besides sleeping together which is an issue in it of itself, are simply unfit of leadership due to lack of experience or tact. Will absolutely string hard working employees along in regards to being hired for positions or promotions and will fire people with no explanation whatsoever, even to the point HR is unaware of terminations happening.

      Unfortunate, this is an applicable category.

      Cons

      Corporate is on vacation every other week. Lots of scream down management. Knee-jerk reactive measures to any feedback or KPI, clearly struggling to hang onto their jobs. Low pay, low motivation. Employees call out on a regular basis and you must go through over the top HR structure to do any discipline. (what do you do to pay your bills?…)
