Overworked - Unpaid Overtime

Pros

Pension is good, but a much higher salary can be made elsewhere to make up for that.

Cons

Long unpaid overtime hours. Overnights at least 25% of the time. Office personnel scheduling work who have no idea what field work involves. The field engineers are treated very poorly.

Cons

No career advancement. It will take endless time to move into next level into the career. No proper communication from HR people after resign from the job. Management is micro level management. No work from home and no telecommuting options in work.
