Pros

Fun atmosphere that really promotes an exciting workplace. The executives are all outgoing and caring. The company really listens to feedback and tries to be the best workplace possible. I love the monthly events that we do to bond as a team and have some great food. In general, I work with a lot of fun people that care about each other. We play games during lunch and help each other out during/ after work.

Cons

I would say the only quirks come with individuals that you work with, (which would be the case with any workplace).
