Pros

I've been here over a year now. Started out as one of the only Customer Service representatives in our Utah office. I guess the first Pro I can think of is all the knowledge I've acquired over the past year. We deal with websites quite a bit, so I've developed a pretty solid understanding of HTML & CSS which I had 0 experience with prior to working here. Skills that I'll actually utilize in the future. Perks of working for a fast pace and hands on Saas company. Great product and client base that you interact with on a day to day basis. Another Pro about FMG Suite is if you WORK HARD and show an interest in growing within the company, opportunities will present themselves. I've been able to take on various roles and wear A LOT of different hats which has given me so much experience that I wouldn't get, nor have I gotten anywhere else. Overall it's an awesome environment to work in with great co-workers and management that are engaged in making sure you are taken care of.

Cons

It's a growing company so growing pains are a given. The communication between offices seems to be the main topic that gets pounded on. Honestly it was a challenge we went through, but seeing members of our executive team and even the president travel to visit our office consecutively shows a desire for improvement. So I guess I don't really have a Con at this point.

FMG will continue to put it's employees at the forefront and will work hard on keeping up with the job market in all areas of benefits and compensation. We feel that we have been moving forward in many areas of benefits, but we will continue to look ahead at all areas that are important to our employees.

Pros

The biggest reason I love this company is because of it's growth and the stage it is in. We are growing so much and so fast right now and it's great to be a part of it. Other things I appreciate, they are super flexible with my school schedule, super flexible if I need to go do an exam or attend a random lecture, the management is very understanding and they don't micromanage. They actually treat their employees like family.

Cons

Communication throughout all departments in remote locations, Utah, and California.

Thanks for the feedback and review. We do see communication as a highest priority. FMG has many ideas for improving communication with not only our office locations, but with our remote employees. We will continue to push forward in this area and hope to hear about positive results in the near future.
