FMG Suite reviews

There was a time when there were not enough employees to handle the workload so there were some bad reviews, but the new manager has turned it around. It is a great place to work now. it is a call center but is not high-pressure, and they are closed weekends and holidays so the hours are great. Management is supportive and will do everything they can to help you succeed. It is a smaller company so there is room to advance, and they try to promote internally. They have instituted raises and better benefits. The company puts out a good product and it is growing. And everyone who works here is really nice and there is a great camaraderie. This is an anonymous review so this is an honest review. It is still a job, sure, but it really is better than most. I enjoy working here and recommend it!

This is a growing company filled with good-hearted people. I can't speak for every department, but I have always felt supported and heard by my management team, and have been consistently given opportunities to grow and learn new skills. Work is just like anything else: you create your own experience. If you bring a solid work ethic and are easy to work with, you'll do well and probably be promoted. If you are demanding or expect lots of perks and benefits just for showing up, you might be disappointed. This isn't a beanbags and video games kind of startup, but they do look out for you. For me, the best part of working here is the culture of trust, respect, and honesty among my team. We support each other and value good work, but we don't take ourselves too seriously, and we laugh every day. Work/life balance is respected, it's a low-drama environment, and you get to help people. That's about as good as it gets.
