Friendly environment, good experience working with clients and CSMs.

Cons

Lack of transparency/communication across the company as a whole. No really challenging coding happening on the front-end side of things.

Thanks for the quick feedback. We've recently hired someone who is responsible for working directly with the web design team and who will be leading workshops in new design/dev technology. This should also raise the bar in regards to how challenging the front-end coding will be. Side benefit is that they quality of work should also see a good bump too.
