Very great product and team. The leadership know the industry better than anyone.

Cons

The leadership team lacks knowing how to run a company let alone a tech company.

Leadership is tricky and it's fair to call us out on having good moments and not-so-good moments. Your suggestion of restructuring is definitely part of the solution... as the team grows and spreads throughout the country, gaps arise and filling those voids become critical.

Great Company, Great Products, Great People - Struggling with Communication, Training, and Customer Support

Pros

People are so nice and willing to help. The environment tends to be a very positive and happy one. The technology and services are incredible. Great place for creative, technical, or analytical people.

Cons

The methods of 1) communication (between offices), 2) training, and 3) customer support should be improved

Thank you for the kind words. We're a big big fan of the folks around here too and I think you're exactly right: it is a great place for creative, technical, and analytical people. So much of what we do is about creating a balance between those three voices. "Communication between offices" is on our radar as a "place to focus on improvement" this year. While it'd be great to always get an A+, it's also nice to hear that improvement in that area would be greatly appreciated.
