Pros

This company was a great place to get your feet wet with agency and project management experience. The office was nice, in a great location and I also met really great people whom I'm still friends with now.

Cons

Don't expect to advance in your career. Before I left, the company didn't offer any quarterly to annual reviews, which meant no raises (unless you put in your two weeks - they will entertain a counter offer), bonuses or title changes. It's hard to stay motivated when you're working towards nothing.

Pros

The people at FMG are so great, and I enjoy coming to work every day. All of the executives are actively involved in the company's success and seem to care about those below them. The atmosphere is casual and fun.

Cons

The company has a habit of underpaying their talent, at least in the beginning. This is one of the cons of working at a start-up, but FMG is growing out of the start-up phase and need to pay their employees market standards

Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Management is approachable and always available. It's a great place to hone your entry level skills.

Cons

The pay is geared towards entry level work and there doesn't seem to be a budget for raises. Chances are you'll just grow out of the company.
