9yThanks for the positive rating and we'll take compliments on the product and industry knowledge all day. Leadership is tricky and it's fair to call us out on having good moments and not-so-good moments. Your suggestion of restructuring is definitely part of the solution... as the team grows and spreads throughout the country, gaps arise and filling those voids become critical.
