Essentially everything. One less intense "con" in particular is that everyone from top management to entry-level analysts constantly make digs at big 4, when in reality everyone there is incredibly insecure of the fact that they landed at FTI instead of somewhere like Deloitte. They also mainly employ men and cater to men. I would not believe the statistics they post on their website regarding women. This is not a safe company to work at as a woman and I would highly suggest working anywhere else.
