      Pros

      Okay for beginners but get out as soon as you can.

      Cons

      Favoritism, inability to train entry level workers, horrible pay, antagonizing managers, lack of proper work life balance. Racist coworkers that make appalling jokes.

      Pros

      - company is in growth mode. The RX team is well known and BT gets some share of work through RX deals or their primary contacts. - nice office, good location, 2-3 days work from office, not a lot of travel, etc

      Cons

      - salary is not market competitive. They are hiring A LOT and at a premium from MBB (mostly BBs) along with former big 4s. However, they cannot maintain their salary and gets tapped out within a year. Massaive exodus is expected when market picks up again and experienced people will leave for better $$$$. - poor leadership at the MD and SMD level. Lots of average to poor players that can't sell more than $250k projects - poor staffing. Overly utilized MDs and SMDs - selfish leadership where they take most of the hours and juniors get very little. It impacts their growth and utilization.
